With only two games on the schedule for the Petes in the second last weekend of the regular season, the Petes welcomed the Oshawa Generals to the Memorial Centre.
The Petes were looking to pick up two of the four points available and continue to distance themselves from North Bay as the battle for fourth in the standings continue.
For the Generals, they were looking to play spoiler with their season winding down.
