A 31-year-old man from Fergus is facing a stunt driving charge following a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
Police say officers on general patrol in the area of Water Street and Marina Boulevard stopped a vehicle around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, after it was allegedly clocked travelling 92 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.
The driver was charged with stunt driving under the Highway Traffic Act. Police issued an immediate 30-day licence suspension and impounded the vehicle for 14 days.
