All school bus and transportation services across the Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO) region are cancelled today due to hazardous driving conditions.
Weather agencies have issued warnings, with extremely slippery roads expected throughout the afternoon. As a result, busing is cancelled to all Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board, and Conseil scolaire MonAvenir schools in Peterborough City and County, Northumberland County and Clarington.
Schools will remain open, but no transportation will be provided. The cancellation was posted at 6:05 a.m.
