A 39 year old woman from Bowmanville has lost her life after she was ejected from her motorcycle on Highway 115 yesterday afternoon, and police want to know why.
Officials say it was a single vehicle crash just before 4pm near Porter Road.
The investigation by Peterborough County OPP is continuing, with assistance from members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team, including a Collision Reconstructionist and Technical Collision Investigator.
A section of Highway 115 southbound was closed for several hours while emergency crews and were on scene.
