Peterborough Cornhole wrapped up its 2025 season with Roger Gould claiming first place. The league ended on a high note with a Player Appreciation Night, raising $1,200 for both the Peterborough Wolverines and the Kinsmen Minor Football League.
The Peterborough City U18 Girls soccer club went undefeated over the weekend, picking up six straight wins to capture the PCSA Peterborough Challenge Tournament title.
Nick Roode had eight points last night, including the game-winning goal in double overtime, as the Jr A Lakers edged the Toronto Beaches 13–12.
The first-place Jr C Lakers are back in action tonight when they host Halton Hills. Game time is 8pm at the Healthy Planet Arena.
