Following several days of rainfall, the City of Peterborough will reopen all natural sports fields and baseball diamonds for play as of 4 p.m. on Monday—except for the baseball diamond at Milroy Park, which will reopen Tuesday.
City crews are wrapping up inspections and minor repairs to ensure the fields are safe for use. The City thanked residents for avoiding the facilities over the weekend, which helped reduce weather-related damage.
