A 20-year-old man from Peterborough is facing a voyeurism charge after an incident at Lansdowne Place Mall.
Police say officers responded around 1 p.m. on May 16th after a woman reported seeing a cellphone come over the top of a changeroom stall inside a retail store. Security staff detained the man until police arrived.
Following the arrest, officers seized a cellphone as part of the investigation.
The man was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on June 24th.
