The Peterborough Petes have announced details for their annual Development Camp, set to take place May 2–4 and presented by Sign-A-Fied, East Side Mario’s, and Hybrid FHP.
The three-day event will see 60 players hit the ice as part of the Petes’ evaluation process. Activities begin Friday with off-ice fitness testing at Hybrid FHP — a closed session — before on-ice scrimmages begin Saturday morning at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Scrimmages are open to the public and will be streamed live on the Petes’ Facebook page with commentary. Players will be divided into three teams — Team Sign-A-Fied (Black), Team East Side Mario’s (White), and Team Hybrid (Maroon) — competing across nine games throughout the weekend.
Saturday features six scrimmages between 9 a.m. and 4:10 p.m., while Sunday’s three final games begin at 8:30 a.m. A complete camp roster will be released Friday afternoon and shared on the Petes’ website and social media. Printed rosters will also be available at the PMC.
