The Holiday Night Market is returning to downtown Peterborough on December 6th, showcasing gifts and goods produced by more local creators.
The 3rd annual event, which also features live music, food and drinks, will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Bankers Commons Courtyard, which can be access via an alley at 383 Water Street between Simcoe and Hunter streets.
Event organizer Jacquelyn Craft, who owns The Neighbourhood Vintage, says the market is a collaboration with First Friday Peterborough, which hosts downtown art crawls throughout the year. She adds it provides the perfect opportunity to rediscover the downtown core and experience the offerings of its varied vendors.
Craft provides an overview of what market attendees can expect.
Speaking to her motivation for organizing the market, Craft says she’s passionate about bringing the community together.
