Two people sustained minor injuries in a head-on collision on Highway 7.
Peterborough County OPP and emergency crews responded to the crash around 10:45 a.m. on Friday on a stretch of Highway 7 between Keene Road and Drummond Line. Police say a westbound SUV crossed the centre line and collided with an eastbound SUV.
Both drivers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The collision prompted the closure of Highway 7 for approximately two hours as emergency responders investigated and cleared debris from the scene.
