Roberts says the challenges of being an independent business owner, such as juggling long work hours with home life, is offset by one overriding takeaway from operating her own business.
Roberts says she and her staff pride themselves on product knowledge – something which has led to growing number of repeat customers.
Robert notes when all is said and done, happy and fully satisfied customers are the truest measure of a job well done and, to that end, Southern Comfort Hearth and Home remains in a very good place.
