Drugs and cash were seized during the search of the Durham Street area in Lindsay.
Kawartha Lakes Police Service, in collaboration with the Ontario Provincial Police, conducted the raid around 4:40 a.m. Friday, and it resulted in the discovery of $3,340 in Canadian currency, $1,280 worth of fentanyl, and $2,458 worth of cocaine.
A 21-year-old man from Toronto faces charges of possession of cocaine and opioids for trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. A 15-year-old male youth, also from Toronto, was charged with possession of cocaine for trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Both accused are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Kent Street West in Lindsay. Kawartha Lakes Police Service thanked its officers and OPP colleagues for their dedication to community safety.
