The community has been buzzing since Peterborough Musicfest announced their concert lineup for this summer at Del Crary Park.
One of the acts that’s been getting a lot of people excited is award winning indie rock band, Metric, on July 17th.
Musicfest General Manager Tracey Randall anticipates they’ll draw music fans from well outside of Peterborough.
Although the majority of the performers have been announced, Randall says there are still nights open so music fans can expect to hear some more acts being announced in the coming weeks.
Aside from the music, Randall says thanks to a government grant, they’ll be able to offer a little bit more than usual this summer.
