A 42-year-old Peterborough man faces charges after a business was broken into near George and Simcoe Streets on Wednesday.
Police were called to a reported break and enter in progress just after 11pm, arriving to the scene to discover that a man had already left the business with some money.
Police found the man nearby and he was arrested without incident, with the ensuing search uncovering fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
The man is now facing several charges as a result.
