Doors Open Peterborough doesn’t return until the fall but the search has begun for locations to be included on the annual tour of heritage and cultural landmarks.
Set for September 14th, a new approach is being taken with residents invited to have their property considered as a tour stop.
Stewart Hamilton, the chair of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee that organizes Doors Open, hopes that opening up the opportunity to more property owners will generate new energy. With the theme Every Door Has A Story, the aim is to feature sites not included in previous Doors Open events.
