Peterborough County has officially appointed Lori Richey as its new Physician Recruiter. Richey, who boasts a substantial background in Healthcare and Recruitment, with a proven track record of success, will step into her new role on October 23rd.
Her previous positions include serving as the Executive Director at Peterborough Family Health Team, the Primary Care Physician Recruiter with Peterborough City, and as the Director of Operations at Peterborough Family Health Team.
Before venturing into Primary Care, she made significant contributions to the field of Long-Term Care. Her educational foundation includes formal training in the fields of Tourism and Human Resources.
Richey’s appointment is underpinned by a strong commitment to ensuring equitable access to healthcare services for all community members, with her wealth of experience and dedication to this mission expected to play a pivotal role in her new position.
