OPP in the City of Kawartha Lakes have arrested a 46-year-old man in connection to an assault that took place in Bobcaygeon back in November.
The accused was taken into custody during a traffic stop in Fenelon Falls on Wednesday.
Jason Fountain was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, three counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order, and two counts of Operation While Prohibited.
Fountain will appear in court in Lindsay at a later date.
