The Peterborough Humane Society is that much closer to moving into the new Peterborough Animal Care Centre.
Its new home will now include a new partner, Can-Pet Inc., who will be sponsoring the Retail Area as ‘Jade’s Pet Boutique’. Can-Pet is one of the most established distributors and marketers of pet specialty foods, servicing Eastern Canada for over 40 years.
Principle & Vice President Nick Nicoloff says he is super excited to be involved in the new state-of-the-art facility.
Executive Director Shawn Morey says they are excited to have a space in the new Centre that will promote adoption and showcase quality products for adoptees.
Construction at Peterborough Animal Care Centre is expected to finish late fall, with the Humane Society set to move in by the end of this year.
