The deadline to submit your paperwork to run in the upcoming Municipal Election has come and gone.
While the window closed on Friday, today the City Clerk will review and certify nominations.
As it stands right now, five people came forward to run for mayor in Peterborough: councillors Stephen Wright and Henry Clarke, former MPP Jeff Leal as well as Brian Lumsden and Victor Kreuz.
Voters will go to the polls on October 24th.
