There will be no criminal charges laid in connection to protesters confronting NDP leader Jagmeet Singh during a recent visit.
Acting Chief Tim Farquharson addressed the matter on social media.
Despite no charges being laid, Farquharson says the fact that exchanges between those with differing opinions continues to be disrespectful and unproductive is troubling and the systemic undercurrent of hate and anger should bother us all as a community.
