An update has been given to a collision that involved six vehicles on Lansdowne Street.
The collision happened just before 2 o’clock yesterday on Lansdowne Street and River Road South when a westbound vehicle collided with oncoming traffic at the intersection.
Peterborough Police say a 65-year-old man who was a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Also, three other people were sent to hospital, one with serious injuries.
The road was closed for almost 8 hours while the Peterborough Police Traffic Reconstruction team investigated.
