Peterborough residents will soon see their hydro bills switch to Hydro One, and the company wants to make it as seamless as possible.
Vice President of Customer Service Spencer Gill says they’ve switched providers in other areas, and know how to make it easy.
Since the purchase of PDI was first announced, Hydro One has been involved with YES Shelter for Youth and Families, Brock Mission and Kawartha Food Share. Gill says being a positive member of the community is important to Hydro One.
Gill adds that your first Hydro One bill may have a few days carried over from PDI, but there’s payment plans in place if you need them. You can find a screenshot of what a Hydro One bill will look like below.
