A local rideshare company is offering free rides this weekend to help lift spirits during a provincial shutdown.
Y-Drive PTBO says anyone can access the free rides, and that driver wages will be covered throughout the weekend as well. The promotion is eligible for rides up to a $20 maximum, while 100% of tips throughout the weekend will be donated to One Roof Community Centre. The free ride can be accessed using the promo code ‘SUPPORTPTBO’.
Y-Drive is one of three licensed rideshare services locally, along with Uride and Vanbr.
