Peterborough Police say a pedestrian has died after being hit by a car last night.
Police say around 8:30pm a 40-year-old man was hit on George Street between Dalhousie and Townsend before being rushed to PRHC and transported to a Toronto hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
There’s no word on charges stemming from the incident, however police say the vehicle they believe to be involved was located on Water Street.
