A 27-year-old Norwood man is facing a charge of uttering threats after an incident involving a Peterborough bank.
Peterborough Police say Thursday afternoon, when a man called the bank and started making threats after he was unable to access his money.
As a result of an investigation and with the assistance of Peterborough County OPP, Ryan Hamblin was arrested and charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Hamblin will appear in court on January 6th.
