Peterborough County OPP have charged a boater after an incident on Rice Lake.
Police say a video surfaced of a speedboat going fast through a group of 25-30 smaller boats, almost causing them to capsize. Police say an anonymous tip came in identifying the boater after seeing the video.
As a result, 48-year-old Randy Crossen of Cobourg has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and will appear in court next month.
