Local students have spoken up about the environment and the Catholic School Board has listened.
Representatives of the group Peterborough Youth Employment gave a presentation last night in front of trustees with the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board.
Grade 12 student from St. Peter, Jake Douglas, says a number of students are concerned.
The board voted to adopt a commitment to greater ecological sustainability in all of its educational, strategic, and corporate practices.
