The doors of Northcrest Arena aren’t shutting for good yet.
Last night city councillors voted to defer the closure of the arena as part of a budget meeting.
Councillor Stephen Wright says talking to user groups is important.
Also at council, a plan to only have the Centennial Fountain run two months was deferred, while a decision on BWXT will come after a report from Peterborough Public Health on February 7th.
