The DBIA’s annual Holiday Shopping Passport program brought in a whopping $2.3-million to local businesses this year.
DBIA Executive Director Terry Guiel says that’s about a 14% increase over 2018, as the program has grown in each of the years since being introduced in Peterborough.
Karen Procyk of Peterborough won the grand prize of 1500 in downtown money for shopping downtown during the holiday program. The passport programs runs from mid-November to early January.
