The annual Norwood Fall Fair returns this Thanksgiving long weekend, October 10th to 12th.
First held in 1868, the fair has been a longstanding tradition in the community. The event has continued to draw in thousands over the years with farm animal exhibits, music, a midway, crafts and antique tractors and cars.
Helping bring the fair together is general manager Paul Quinlan, who reflected on the event’s modest roots.
For those who have never been, Quinlan says there is family-friendly fun for all ages.
And for the locals, Quinlan says it’s less about encouraging people to come and more about carrying on a tradition they look forward to every year.
