After owning Grady’s since 1997, Kelli and Tony Grady are retiring and transferring ownership of the local footwear business to Theresa Thibadeau and Mark Walsh, who will lead Grady’s into its next chapter.
The business began in 1984 when Tony’s father, Ken Grady Sr., started making custom orthotics from their home. Today, the business operates from its storefront on King Street.
Thibadeau reflected on stepping into this new chapter as owner.
She said that owning a store has been her dream for a long time.
Thibadeau said she is excited to continue building the business while carrying on the Grady family name and legacy.
