A 41-year-old Peterborough woman is facing charges after an incident early Friday morning.
At approximately 3:55 a.m. on August 14, officers were called to the area of Charlotte Street and George Street about a smashed window. Upon arrival to the area, officers learned that the window had been smashed with a brick. They located a woman matching the description given to police a short distance away and took her into custody.
As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old Peterborough woman was arrested and charged with:
- Mischief Under $ 5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused is currently bound by a probation order with the following condition: to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court November 3.
