Between August 7 and August 10, a male suspect attended stores in Lindsay and stole lotto tickets on multiple occasions.
On August 11, a male was arrested in connection to these thefts.
A 34-year-old Lindsay male has been charged with the following offences;
• Fail to Comply with Undertaking
• Fail to Comply with Release Order
• Disguise with Intent x4
• Theft Under $5,000 x4
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x4
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
