Kawartha Ribfest has a new home.
The annual event, set for August 28th to 30th, will be held in the Healthy Planet Arena parking lot off Monaghan Road, moving there from its past location of Del Crary Park.
Organizer Dennis Nephin explains the reason behind the move.
Nephin says the move is a good one in terms of parking availability.
Nephin says four of the top rib teams in North America are returning, noting there are also some new event attractions.
