A new consulting firm focused on helping organizations implement artificial intelligence and advanced technologies has officially launched in the Peterborough region.
IntegrAlign Partners Corp., founded by operations and change management specialist Sherry Hill, aims to help businesses bridge the gap between innovation and execution by integrating people, processes and technology to achieve measurable business results.
The firm will focus on supporting organizations looking to adopt AI and digital transformation tools while ensuring those technologies are successfully integrated into day-to-day operations.
“Organizations don’t struggle with ideas—they struggle with execution,” Hill said in a statement. “IntegrAlign was built to help teams move from interest in AI and digital transformation to real, embedded change that improves how work actually gets done every day.”
Hill brings more than 20 years of experience in operations leadership, information technology implementation and change management. Her background spans several sectors, including municipal government, aviation, manufacturing, construction and the non-profit sector.
According to the company, IntegrAlign was created in response to a growing need among organizations that recognize the potential of AI and advanced technologies but lack the internal resources or expertise needed to implement them effectively.
The firm’s name reflects its core philosophy of integrating people, processes and technology while aligning those elements with business objectives. Its services are aimed primarily at small- and medium-sized organizations seeking practical approaches to modernization and productivity improvement.
Support for the new venture has come from business and community leaders across the region.
Heather Watson said having local expertise available will benefit organizations exploring new technologies.
“It’s encouraging to see this kind of work taking root locally,” Watson said. “As organizations across every sector work to understand and adopt new technologies, having that expertise available close to home is a practical advantage for our region.”
Industry expert Fereydoon Diba also praised Hill’s track record, citing her experience aligning technology implementation with operational and financial objectives.
The launch comes as businesses across Canada continue to explore AI adoption and automation as a way to improve efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.
Emma Harrison said firms like IntegrAlign can help translate technological potential into economic growth.
“Organizations across our region are looking for practical ways to adopt advanced technologies and improve productivity, and firms like IntegrAlign will play a critical role in turning that potential into real economic growth,” Harrison said.
As a woman-owned business operating in the technology and AI consulting sector, IntegrAlign also highlights the growing role of diverse leadership within Canada’s innovation economy.
The company says its approach is grounded in practical implementation, helping organizations not only adopt new technologies but sustain them over the long term through operational alignment and continuous improvement.
