A married couple from Ennismore is $100,000 richer.
Linda and Michael F. won the top prize with a WILD CASH MULTIPLIER SCRATCH ticket.
After purchasing their tickets, Michael said he played them in his car in the store parking lot. While scratching the first one, he uncovered a big win and ran back into the store to scan it. “I stared at the screen in total disbelief,” he recalled while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect their winnings. “It was all a blur.”
The couple plans to put their winnings toward retirement savings, a fancy dinner with a few friends, and a small getaway with their dog. “I’m also going to buy Michael a guitar. He doesn’t know how to play, but he’s looking forward to making some beautiful noise,” Linda said with a laugh.
The winning ticket was purchased at Causeway Variety on Robinson Road in Ennismore.
