STUFF TO DO
Friday: Residents are being invited to attend ‘Indigenous Peoples Day and Summer Solstice Celebration’, being held by the Urban Indigenous Working Group. The event runs from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Nicholls Oval.
Saturday: ‘A Place Called Home’ is holding its 23rd Annual Mark-a-Thon Hero Walk from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Victoria Park.
Saturday: Mental health supporters are being invited to get on their bikes for a good cause this Saturday. CMHA HKPR’s annual Change the Cycle fundraiser will feature family-friendly cycling routes along Peterborough’s Rotary Trail, a barbecue lunch and community activities. It starts at 10 a.m.
Saturday: Pet Fest is on at the Peterborough Animal Care Centre. The fundraiser is being held by the Peterborough Humane Society and Peterborough Mitsubishi. It runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
