The City of Peterborough is asking residents and visitors to share their experiences with downtown parking as officials look at ways to improve convenience and accessibility.
A new public survey launched through the city’s Connect Peterborough platform is seeking feedback on several aspects of downtown parking, including parking meters, payment methods, signage, enforcement and the use of the HotSpot Parking app.
City officials say the feedback will help identify what is working well and where improvements may be needed for people parking in the downtown core.
The survey is aimed at gathering input from residents, visitors and anyone who regularly parks downtown.
Officials say the information collected will help the city better understand user experiences and guide future decisions related to parking operations and accessibility.
The survey is available online through the Connect Peterborough website and will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on June 26, 2026.
More information can be found at Connect Peterborough Parking Survey.
