Volunteering is something a lot of people want to do, but some just don’t know where to start.
With that in mind, ‘Volunteer Peterborough’ was started a few years ago and has continued to grow.
PTBOTODAY.ca spoke with Founder and Board Member Lois Tuffin.
Tuffin says she really hears positive feedback on the role they’ve played in linking people to various organizations both big and small.
Tuffin adds the group will be hosting the ‘Meet Your Match Volunteer Fair’ on May 6th at Peterborough Square.
The event runs from noon until 5.
