A 63-year-old Havelock man is facing a criminal harassment charge after a tracking device was discovered in a vehicle in Trent Hills.
OPP say they received a report around 8:30 am on Friday after a resident found an electronic tracking device placed in their vehicle without their knowledge.
Following an investigation, officers arrested the man Sunday, charging him with criminal harassment – beset and watch complainant.
Police say the individual will not be identified to protect the victim.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in Cobourg in June.
