Wednesday: Want to try your hand at DJing? Otonabeats presents the Introduction to DJing Workshop at the Theatre on King. Participants will learn the essentials of mixing including beatmatching, phrasing and smooth transitions. The event runs from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and no experience is required. Thursday: Electionfest is taking place at the Healthy Planet Arena. Candidates campaigning for ward councillor, school board trustee and to be the next mayor will be available to answer questions and provide information to voters from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday: The Bobcaygeon Fall Fair at the Bobcaygeon Fairgrounds kicks off this Thursday. Come check out live music, a truck and tractor pull, craft beer tasting, livestock displays and more.
