City of Kawartha Lakes OPP are asking for the public’s help locating a livestock trailer reported stolen from a farm in Fenelon Township.
Police were contacted on Thursday, September 17, about the missing trailer from a property on Highway 35.
Investigators say the owner last saw the trailer at the property in July. When they returned in early September, they discovered it was gone.
The trailer is described as a 1994 Real DXR livestock cattle trailer. It is a fifth-wheel style trailer with a black roof and silver and faded red sides. Police say it also had a lock on the gooseneck.
The Ontario licence plate is H49 09W, while the vehicle identification number is 2R9G8LC22R1020317.
OPP say a variety of tools and equipment were also stored inside the trailer when it was taken.
Anyone who has seen the trailer or has information that could help identify those responsible for the theft is asked to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122 and reference occurrence number E261355850.
