Pink at the Track returns to Kawartha Downs this Saturday (August 15th), raising funds for, and awareness of, Breast Cancer Canada.
Harness racing manager Lindsay Bax says fans are encouraged to wear pink to show their support and take a shot at winning raffle prizes. She adds this year’s event has added significance for those associated with the Fraserville track.
Bax adds hosting special events such as this isn’t new for Kawartha Downs.
Bax says those who arrive well ahead of post time won’t miss a thing.
