Just like that, it’s eight down and eight to go.
Peterborough Musicfest has hit the halfway point of its 2026 season, this past Wednesday’s performance by Matthew Good marking the eighth concert of the festival’s 16-show schedule.
Musicfest executive director Tracey Randall is thrilled with how things have gone to date, making particular mention of the Future Sounds Series, which features local talent.
Randall says the only dark cloud over the festival’s first half was an actual dark cloud.
Looking ahead, Randall says the festival’s second half offers much to look forward to.
