Here is a quick snapshot of what’s happening around town the next 48 hours.
STUFF TO DO
Monday: The City of Peterborough is developing an Economic Development Strategic Plan that will help the City shape its economic future. Come out and have your voice heard at the Community Open House event from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Miskin Law Community Complex (Multi-purpose Room A-B)
Tuesday: Peterborough Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) and Peterborough Tourism present another screening of Movies at the Park. “Grown Ups” (2010) will begin at 8:30 p.m. at Quaker Foods City Square.
Tuesday: Hutchison House is hosting Scottish Tea all summer long. Tea will be served on the terrace in the period garden from 1 to 4 p.m., along with fresh baked scones, preserves and more. Complimentary tours of the 1840’s restored stone house are included in the price of admission, which ranges from $5-15 for children to adults.
