Tuesday: Celebrate summer with Scottish Tea Season at Hutchison House. Scottish Teas will continue every Tuesday through Sunday until September 6 from 1-4 p.m. Tea will be served on the terrace in the period garden, along with fresh baked scones, preserves and more. Complimentary tours of the 1840’s restored stone house are included in the price of admission, which ranges from $5-15 for children to adults.
Wednesday: Canadian rock icon Sass Jordan will be returning to the Peterborough Musicfest stage for her third appearance at Del Crary Park. The concert will run from 8-9:30 p.m.
Looking for an adventure for the whole family this summer? The City of Peterborough is welcoming visitors back to the Peterborough Visitor Centre at the Lift Lock. The city-operated centre, located at 353 Hunter St. E., is now open and ready to serve as a base for visitors to explore local experiences along the waterway and beyond. Plan your local day trip with the help of the Peterborough Visitor Centre at the Lift Lock, open year-round and accessible by car, boat and active modes of transportation
