STUFF TO DO
Thursday: A special book launch is being held by Trent Valley Archives. “Spirituality & Culture in Local Community: 1775-2025” by Harmen Boersma will be available at Living Hope Christian Reformed Church from 7 until 9 p.m.
Thursday: Community Town Halls with Lakelands Public Health. Join to give your insights to help inform the next gen of public health, shaping programs, services and partnerships. The event runs at the Hiawatha LIFE and Cultural Centre starting a 4 p.m.
Friday: Let’s Bike! presented by GreenUP and Peterborough County is set to be a fun, family-friendly community event where kids build confidence and independence by learning bike safety, equipment and riding skills through interactive activities. Join the fun at the Curve Lake Community Centre from 4-7 p.m.
Friday: The New Canadians Centre is hosting a Multicultural Block Party on Friday. The afternoon will be filled with crafts, face painting and food, as well as a Multicultural Stage Show featurning music and a fashion show. Come out and celebrate our diverse community from 2-6 p.m. at the New Canadians Centre.
