Monday: Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes is a free workshop for anyone living with Type 2 Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes. This last session of the six week series will take place from 1-3:30 p.m. at the Activity Haven Senior Centre (180 Barnardo Ave.)
