STUFF TO DO
Thursday: Cornerstone’s Women’s Day Luncheon is on in Cobourg. Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre is an accredited violence against women agency working to end gender-based violence and provide services and shelter to women and children across Northumberland County. The event goes from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Best Western on Burnham Street.
Thursday: Active, Fit & Fun – Hybrid. Designed for community members ages 55+ who are wishing to improve their cardio, strength, balance and flexibility regardless of their current ability level. The fun starts at 11 a.m. at Community Health Centres of Northumberland.
Friday: The ReFrame Film Festival and First Peoples House of Learning are putting on “Just Get Over It” from 1 – 4 p.m. at Ernest & Florence Benedict Gathering Space. This is a highly interactive workshop.
Friday: Rubidge Retirement is hosting their Annual Open House on Friday and Saturday. You can see what retirement living should feel like. It runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
