An Ennismore man is celebrating a six-figure lottery win after claiming a $120,460.40 prize in a recent LOTTO MAX draw.
Harry N., a 67-year-old postman, matched numbers to win a second prize in the March 31, 2026 draw, according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
A longtime lottery player, Harry said he has been playing OLG games since the 1970s, including LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49 and PICK-4. He discovered his win while checking his ticket on the OLG mobile app during a shift at work.
“I saw the winning amount was $120,000 and couldn’t believe it,” he said, noting he checked the ticket on April Fools’ Day. “When I told my daughter, she thought it was a joke.”
Harry collected his winnings at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto and said he plans to use the money for home renovations. He has already purchased a long-time goal — a Toyota Tacoma.
The winning ticket was purchased at a Circle K store on Ward Street in Bridgenorth.
OLG says Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won more than $9.9 billion since 2009, including 121 jackpot wins and more than 1,000 MAXMILLIONS prizes.
